Coco de Mer is located down a side-alley off Kenyatta Road, a few minutes walk from the main sites of Stone Town. It is about a 10 minutes drive from Zanzibar International airport to the Hotel. The hotel, although comfortable, is more suitable for the budget traveler.
The hotel consists of a restaurant, a small bar and a few rooms (1 double, 7 twin and 4 triple rooms, 12 rooms in total). All the rooms, except one, have en suite bathrooms with basin and shower or a bath. The hotel includes a basic breakfast, and it is advised to go out to eat.

Amaan Bungalows are situated on the renowned beautiful northern tip of Zanzibar Island. The village of Nungwi boasts stunning white sand beaches and excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. The vibrant night life, excellent dining and relaxed atmosphere all promise to give you a holiday you will never forget. Nungwi itself is well-known as one of the sites to visit when in Zanzibar and is located only 1 – 1 ½ hours drive from Stone Town. Amaan Bungalows is the largest and most central accommodation centre in the area. Offering guests excellent facilities, three restaurants, friendly and helpful staff and over 50 beautifully decorated rooms, Amaan Bungalows is the obvious choice when visiting Nungwi.
Langi Langi, situated on the North Coast at Nungwi, was opened in late 2000. It has 14 rooms in is situated just across the track from the beach. All the rooms are ensuite with hot water, air-conditioning, roof fans, mosquito nets and a veranda (most have ocean views). The roof- top restaurant serves breakfast, and a variety of Indian, Chinese and local meals for lunch and dinners. The lounge houses a satellite TV, telephone & fax. A dive school is located close to the hotel.
